Compare FlowSure’s Santa Clarita Valley tankless flush tiers, system check, and maintenance-plan prices by stated scope.

By How we research prices

FlowSure Home Services lists three one-time tankless-water-heater choices. Its standard flush is displayed at $199 with a $150 launch special; the Premium Tankless Flush is $249 and adds premium descaling solution plus inlet-water-filter service when the setup allows. A Visible Water System Check is $89. FlowSure’s schedule page says the provider serves the Santa Clarita Valley.

The launch offer is $99 below the listed $249 premium price, but the premium tier includes a stated material difference: premium descaling solution and possible inlet-filter service. The standard description says it is a preventive flush that helps clear scale and keeps maintenance on track. Neither description is a repair or installation quote.

FlowSure also lists an annual maintenance plan at $199/year and a biannual plan at $179 every six months. The arithmetic for two biannual payments is $179 × 2 = $358 per year, assuming the displayed six-month price remains available for both visits. That is $159 more than the displayed annual plan. The page also says a premium flush can be added to the annual plan for +$49/year, so confirm whether that add-on replaces or supplements the base visit.

Check what the provider cannot do

FlowSure’s plans page says the company handles preventive maintenance for eligible tankless water heaters but is not licensed by the California Contractors State License Board. It says repairs, alterations, installations, gas work, and permit-required work are referred to a licensed contractor. Read the provider’s plan limits. A flush is therefore a maintenance purchase with a defined boundary; a leaking valve, gas problem, new isolation valve, or installation change needs a separate licensed scope.

Before booking, confirm whether the $150 launch price is still active, whether your unit has the required service access, and whether the inlet-filter service is possible on your setup. These are FlowSure’s displayed prices checked September 8, 2026, not a Santa Clarita market average.
